Patrick Mahomes earned $56.75 million from the Kansas City Chiefs in 2026. Add his endorsement income — estimated at $28 million annually by Forbes — and his total earnings for the year sit around $85 million, placing him among the five highest-paid athletes on the planet.
On June 10, 2026, the Chiefs and Mahomes agreed to a restructured deal that made him the first NFL player in history to sign a contract valued at over half a billion dollars. He celebrated the moment himself, posting on Instagram: "Chiefs Kingdom!!!! We are here to stay!"
How Much Is Patrick Mahomes’ Contract?
The new deal, confirmed by ESPN, is worth $504.75 million across eight seasons through 2033, with $182.8 million guaranteed for injury and $95.5 million fully guaranteed at signing.
